offer three alternatives:
1. The kit build
The least expensive option. This is where a model is built as the kit designer intended, whether prototypical or not, though I will replace any parts I deem unfit for use.
2. The upgraded kit
With this option I offer several improvements over the basic kit build, from replacement castings to improved body work. This moves a model from being a generic likeness of a class member towards being a closer representation of a specific prototype.
3. The bespoke model
This option is for those who want a truly accurate representation of a locomotive, and the price will naturally reflect the work involved.
Almost without exception, locomotives built by me are powered by ABC units.
Carriages, wagons and NPC stock are also available in these three formats.
